Ultimate Navy SEAL hero.

Slain Hero of Operation Redwing.

No, this is not a movie about my book, THE PROTECTOR. This is a feature-length documentary with a music score nominated for an Oscar. And it’s for sale on Amazon and iTunes, supposedly starting today, January 7, 2014. You can watch the extraordinarily moving movie trailer and purchase the film by clicking here. I’m going to download mine onto my new Kindle. The soundtrack is also available by clicking here.

Folks, this is heroism in its purest form. Lt. Mike Murphy was the officer in charge of the four-man firing squad that came under attack by around 100 Taliban warriors. You know the story–Marcus Luttrell was the only Navy SEAL to survive the massacre that followed. Lt. Murphy gave up his life when he walked into the open so that his satellite phone would work in order to call for extraction in the hopes of saving his men. Unfortunately, the odds against them were too great. Moreover, all fifteen warriors who flew in to save the SEALs were killed when an RPG struck their helicopter. Marcus Luttrell’s story, LONE SURVIVOR, is about to hit theaters on Jan 10th. You know I’ll be there on opening night.

Don’t let this story of pure, unadulterated heroism get past you. Order your copy of MURPH–THE PROTECTOR today! Here’s the link again to help you out. You’ll be humbled; you’ll be amazed; you’ll be so freaking proud that you’re an American and that America can generate such amazing young men. It’s just a crying shame that Mike Murphy left this world so soon. I know he keeps company with God’s warrior angels now. Keep a tissue box handy!
